"I first started flying when I came to florida in early 90's and decided to get my written exams at American Flyers. I stopped in to the pilot shop at Banyan's old store and was amazed at all the stuff they have on display and thought it was cool to see all the stuff that was out there. I fell in love with this pilot shop. Not knowing that one day I would buy a product and have it for a short time and decided to take it back, not that there was anything wrong with quality or product, I just made the wrong decision on my purchase. I was nervous that I was going to live with my poor decision. I was out of town for 10 days and all I could think of is how bummed I was with this situation. So I got the courage to go back to Banyan's Pilot shop. I got there and mopped around awhile and as usual a floor person came up and asked if I needed help with something. That was when my horrible thoughts of rejection came to "WOW" what is going on here? the floor person took the time to go out to my car in the parking lot and looked at my unwanted purchase 10 days earlier. At first he seemed like there was no hope on an upgrade. But did offer to have a Manager look at it,and see if there was any way this would come to a different conclusion. I declined and was starting out the door half way out I seen a floor person that I have dealt with before, with true Banyan style she asked how can I help you. So I mustard up the courage to say can I see a manager please. She looked puzzled why I wanted a manager. Less then 30 seconds out came the Director of the pilot shop, George Tucker. Except that George made my experience with Banyan Pilot Shop one of the best experiences I have ever encountered in the retail business. George has made me a customer for life, even more so as an advocate on spreading the way I was treated at your shop. So where ever I fly or what country I go to, I will recommend Banyan Pilot Shop."
